What You Win Them With Is...

What You Win Them To

You can fill a church with $100 bills on every seat.

It would work.
Every week.

And you may grow broke eventually…

You can’t just decide not to do it anymore without risking your growth.

Because incentives drive behavior.

What you use to attract people
is what you must keep using to keep them.

Churches usually grow in three ways:

Entertainment
Music. Production. Food. Energy.
A dopamine hit.

Education
Teaching. Insight. Depth.
“I’m learning something.”

Encounter/Community
Being with God. Ministering to Him. Together

Here’s the problem:

Entertainment and education make people ask,
“What did I get out of it?”

Encounter makes people ask,
“Did we meet with Him?”

The first two put the weight on you.
The third puts the weight on God.

Entertainment burns teams out.
Education puffs up & plateaus.

Encounter multiplies—without striving.

Because when people come for Him,
you don’t have to impress them to keep them.

He does that. He is majestic, magnetic, and magnificent - everything they actually need and want.

What you win them with
is what you win them to.

Choose carefully.
