- How to compare yourself to others
How to compare yourself to others

To grow as a worship leader, compare little things.
– song transitions
– vocal blending
– setlist flow
– team communication
– spiritual preparation habits
To grow discouraged, compare big things.
– church size
– platform opportunities
– production quality
– social media following
Comparison steals joy when aimed at status,
But sharpens skill when aimed at craft.
Adapted from James Clear post
Remember it's WHO, not how.
How you impact the creation (be it performing signs and wonders, or scheduling your team well), is about your identity - not your giftings or title.
The created order responds to your identity, not your ministry.
And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?”
Acts 19:15
